About Us

Attorney Support Group.US was established in 2009 by Merrill Smallwood, JD, to provide process serving and constable services within the State of Massachusetts. Since then, we have done thousands of court serves and many hours of work for attorneys, law firms, and government agencies. Our focus is simple: to provide process server services within Massachusetts at a reasonable price. 

Merrill Smallwood is a graduate of the University of Maryland, the University of Massachusetts, and the University of Massachusetts School of Law. He is also an Air Force Veteran who served overseas for 3.5 of his 4 years. He is a father of two wonderful daughters. Volunteered his time as a Social Services Committee member for United Way of Mass Bay, the Big Brother Association, and served as past president of the Plymouth County Child Advocacy Center.

We are members of the National Association of Professional Process Servers, New York Professional Process Servers Association, Florida Association of Professional Process Servers and the California Association of Legal Support Professionals.
