Attorney Support Group.US was establish in 2009 by Merrill Smallwood, JD to provide process serving, constable and paralegal services within the State of Massachusetts. Since then we have done thousands of serves and many hours of paralegal work for attorneys, law firms and government agencies.  Our focus is simple; to provide quality legal support services at a reasonable price. 

Merrill Smallwood is a graduate of the University of Maryland, University of Massachusetts and the University of Massachusetts School of Law. An Air Force Veteran and father. He has volunteered his time as aSocial Services Committee member for United Way of Mass Bay, Big Brother and served as past president of the Plymouth County Child Advocacy Center.

We are members of the National Association of Professional Process Servers, New York Professional Process Servers Association and the California Association of Legal Support Professionals.
